Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy
On receipt of an order and payment – you will be sent an order confirmation email & tracking number for your order.
Processing Time
Estimated time to prepare an order is usually 1 working day.
Delivery / Shipping Times
If stock is being replenished, the customer will be notified by email, giving an estimated time of delivery.
UK
Any items purchased from Sabikoz.com will take up to 1-3 business days to the address provided.
Ireland
Any items purchased from Sabikoz.com will take up to 1-4 business days to the address provided.
Selected countries in Europe
Any items purchased from Sabikoz.com will take up to 2-5 business days to the address provided (subject to BREXIT).

UK Flat Rate All goods within the UK be subject to a standard UK Flat Rate delivery charge based on product shipping classes, please refer to individual products on the checkout page for exact charge details.
Local Delivery We provide a free service for customers who are local to Palmers Green, London, UK
Ireland
Ireland Flat rate All goods within Ireland will be subject to a standard Ireland Flat Rate delivery charge based on product shipping classes, please refer to individual products on the checkout page for exact charge details.

Europe Flat Rate All goods within Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Sweden) will be subject to a standard Europe Flat Rate delivery charge based on product shipping classes, please refer to individual products on the checkout page for exact charge details.

Billing Terms and Conditions
All prices on the Sabi Koz website are correct and accurate at the point of sale and represent directly what the customer will pay.
We reserve the right to amend and change prices of products or shipping charges on the Sabi Koz website at any time, the updated prices will be shown clearly on the product pages as well as on the checkout for delivery charges.
Final payment for each order which combines both products & shipping fee are clearly marked on the checkout page where payment can be made using secure payment gateways, see below:

Direct Bank Transfer Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Cancellations, Exchange and Refunds
Change, exchange or cancellation of an order must be done before the order has been been dispatched. This usually means within 7 hours of the order being made.
Email Sabi Koz at info@sabikoz.com to request a change, exchange for another product of same value, or request a full refund of the order and delivery charge.
If an order has already been dispatched, Sabi Koz does not accept returns & refunds unless the item is damaged, or the product is not as described – see below.
If a refund is requested and agreed, please expect 3-5 working days for monies to be returned to the original customer bank account.
Broken or Damaged Items
In the event that the product is received broken/chipped/scratched etc – you must provide photographic proof within 14 days of receipt to be considered for a replacement to be sent or a full refund including delivery refund.

Delivery Not Received
All items purchased from “Sabi Koz” are made pursuant to a shipment contract (the courier). This basically means that the risk of loss and damage for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If for any reason you do not receive your delivery within 3-7 days, you have up to 14 days from your order date to enquire its whereabouts.
If your order has been tracked and shown as delivered and signed for (on behalf of an unknown person), it is beyond the responsibility of Sabi Koz to refund or resend your item.
Product Descriptions
“Sabi Koz” and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, “Sabi Koz” does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by “Sabi Koz” itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Commission
If you commission “Sabi Koz” you will be required to pay a deposit before the work is taken on. It is at Sabi Koz’s discretion as to what that amount is and will be agreed with the client. Once paid, upon starting the work – if the client cancels the commission, their deposit will be used in place of a cancellation fee.
Based on the brief that will be discussed in detail with the client Sabi Koz will create options to choose from. Client will have agreed on style of work based on the Sabi Koz portfolio and any commission will mean client is fully aware of the work that will be produced.
Sabi Koz is happy to revise the design until client is happy with the final chosen commission. Full amount to be paid once the final design is signed off and ready to print.
Printing of the commission can be arranged with Sabi Koz – full payment will be required of the commission before printing arrangements be made.
